Full refurbishment of a Grade II listed mid 19th century terraced house.
Originally having been rejected for planning and listed buildings consent the development looked destined to stall. Through the involvement of Duck & Shed planning permission was eventually obtained and listed buildings consent granted. As with all listed buildings, this project has presented many challenges, making it more a work of the heart than the head.
