Duck & Shed will produce a full set of interior design documents for the purpose of pricing and construction.

This stage will oversee the development of design details, lighting layouts, finishes specification, joinery design and preliminary furniture layouts. This design development and documentation stage will be coordinated with the architectural technical design stage, under RIBA stage 4.

Duck & Shed will supply, at this stage, a package of coordinated drawings, schedules, specifications and estimated cost plans for the purpose of obtaining a competitive tender. Duck & Shed will review tenders with the client, run contractor interviews and help appoint any specialist sub-contractors.

Following the tender stage Duck & Shed will undertake a period of documentation for the purpose of supplying the site with coherent construction information. At the end of this stage, Duck & Shed, will supply a package of coordinated drawings, details, schedules, and specifications to the contractor for the purpose of construction.

Duck & Shed generally charge a fee based on a percentage of the estimated value of the interior works.
