Full refurbishment of a grade II listed mid 19th century terraced house. Originally having been rejected for planning and listed building consent the development looked destined to stall. Through the involvement of Duck & Shed planning permission was eventually obtained and listed buildings consent granted. As with all listed buildings, this project has presented many challenges making it more a work of the hearth than the head.
